How is my essay scored?
Against the four public IELTS writing criteria: task response, coherence and cohesion (flow of ideas), lexical resource (vocabulary) and grammar. Every issue points to the exact words in your essay and says which criterion it affects.
Why do I see a range, like 6.0–7.0?
Any estimate has some error. A range is more honest than a single number. Your official score can differ.
Will the same essay get the same score?
Yes. Identical text always gets the identical report.
Do you change my essay?
Never. Your original stays exactly as you wrote it. Suggestions are shown separately and you choose what to use.
Can I get explanations in my language?
Yes. Pick your language in Account. Your essay is always marked in English; only the explanations change. Tap Listen to hear them read aloud, using your device’s voices.
What if I lose my connection?
Your writing is saved on your device every few seconds and works offline. Checks wait until you are back online.
I paid but my plan is not active.
Most payments activate within seconds. UPI can take a minute. If it has been longer, send us the order ID below and we will fix it within 24 hours.
How do I cancel or get a refund?
Account → Plan → Cancel renewal. Refunds: Account → Receipts → Request refund. First purchases within 7 days with fewer than 5 checks are refunded automatically.
How do I delete my account?
Account → Your data → Delete my account. It removes your essays, reports and history.
