Will I be charged again?
Passes never renew. Monthly and yearly plans renew only if you pick them, and we email you 3 days before every renewal. Cancel in one click in your account.
What if the payment is pending?
UPI and bank payments can take a minute. Your essay stays saved. If money leaves your account, your plan activates or the payment is refunded automatically.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. First purchase, within 7 days and fewer than 5 checks used: one button in your account, automatic. Otherwise we review it within 48 hours. See the refund policy.
Do you guarantee a band?
No. Nobody can honestly promise an official band. We show an estimate with a range, and publish how accurate it is.
