Automatic refunds
If it is your first purchase, it is within 7 days, and you have used fewer than 5 checks, tap Request refund in Account → Receipts. It is approved automatically.
Technical failures
If a check fails, it is returned to you automatically. If you were charged for something that did not work, we always refund it.
Everything else
Request a refund in Account or through Help. We review it and reply within 48 hours.
Timing
Approved refunds are sent at once. Banks usually take 5–7 working days to show them.
No score guarantee
We never promise a band, so refunds are not based on your exam result.
